Get Clarity on Booking, Equipment, and Kitchen Policies
Does each person clean up after themselves?
Yes. It is your responsibility to wash your dishes, wipe down dirty surfaces, sweep and mop. Cleanup happens within your scheduled time. We supply all the necessary cleaning supplies. We are responsible for the weekly deep cleaning.
If a group leaves it dirty, a cleaning fee will be sent to them. If this happens to many times, kitchen privileges may be revoked.
How do I pay for kitchen usage?
Our bookings are a First Reserved, First Served basis. We offer pay as you go and membership plans to help fits your needs best. Pay as you, you pay for the kitchen the day it is used. Our membership plans are a credit based plan for businesses that utilize multiple times per month.
What if I need extra time?
If unreserved kitchen time is available, extra kitchen hours can be purchased anytime.
Can I bring my kids with me?
Only if your son or daughter is 16 or older they will be allowed to work with you in the kitchens.
What can I wear?
Proper nonslip shoes and cooking clothes, and other items as you have learned about in your ServSafe class.
Will someone else be there?
Possibly. There are 6 other work stations which are individually rented.
How soon can I begin using the kitchen?
Once we have your ServSafe certification, copy of liability insurance, your business inspection from Health department, and kitchen orientation, then you are ready to cook! We like to give the health department a week or 2 to come out for your inspection.
